What We Will Do Together
Step 1:
If you’ve received the wrong size, wrong product, defective, or damaged item(s), please raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Submit your request along with your order and contact details. You may also raise a request via our Chat support.
Note: For damaged, defective, or missing items, please raise a return/replacement request within 2 days of delivery.
Step 2:
Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.
Step 3:
After approval, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the product(s) from your location.
Step 4:
Once we receive the product(s), we will verify them and initiate the replacement or refund based on stock availability and eligibility.
Conditions for Return or Replacement
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size delivered
- Defective or damaged product delivered
- Incomplete order (missing items)
Conditions Where Returns/Replacements Won’t Be Accepted
- Used, worn, or washed products
- Missing original tags, packaging, or labels
- Return/replacement request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Damaged or missing product reported after 2 days of delivery
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)
How Are Returns Processed?
- Once your return request is approved, pickup will be arranged within 5–7 business days.
- The item will be sent to our warehouse for quality inspection.
- Upon approval, we will initiate your refund or replacement.
- Replacement orders will be delivered within 7–8 business days, subject to availability.
Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order at any time before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
Refund Process
Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Customers will be required to provide bank account details to process the refund.
Refund Timeline
- Cancelled Orders: Processed within 3–5 working days.
- Returned Orders: Processed after the product passes quality inspection.
Partial Order Returns
Yes, eligible products from a single order may be returned individually within 7 days of delivery.
